I could write a long list of everything that we liked. If I could give more stars I would give 11/10 The residence was clean, amenities was exceptional, everything I needed was there. All staff was friendly and caring and nothing was a problem if you needed anything at anytime. House keeping were lovely & caring and do an amazing job. I was overly impressed from booking in to checking out. I enjoyed my stay (20 nights) and look forward to checking in here again without hesitation in the future. I would highly recommend Nautica Residences to all my friends. I was highly impressed and loved every moment of my stay here. The apartment was very clean and the bedrooms were bigger than we expected. In fact, the apartment in general was bigger than we expected which meant a much more comfortable stay. The beds were very comfortable and the apartment was stylishly designed. The shower had excellent water pressure and immediate hot water. The apartment has everything that you could need including washing machine and a well stocked kitchen. The location is really convenient - within walking distance of trendy George St in East Freo as well as pubs and cafes along the river. Public transport is directly outside as are two cafes with superb coffee. North Freo is a 5 minute drive away. I would definitely recommend and will stay there again.

We loved the cozy studio and how well equipped it was. The location was perfect for us, being a short few minutes drive from "downtown Freo" and we enjoyed the quiet and private accommodations we had. It was spacious, with a well equipped kitchen that was clean and neat. The laundry room was perfect too, with a washer and dryer, as well as a sink and laundry detergent provided. The sofa is comfortable and we had a friend over for a nightcap our first night, and it was very nice to have a lounge for that. There is a supermarket, pharmacy, and some yoga/pilates studios nearby. We liked the indoor parking too. It felt very safe. The general waste bin at the doorstep was a wonderful touch, too. Food waste didn't have to be kept in the apartment. Overall, very nice touch in the room setup by the staff and management. Thank you!

Our apartment was well laid out, roomy and had adequate kitchenette equipment. Everything was clean and neat. The bathroom was roomy and had everything we needed. A fabulous little coffee shop is just over the road.

We liked the space, cleanliness and convenience of the apartment. It's a beautiful area to step out and walk around. Everything we needed was close cafe's restaurants and places to look at. And we enjoyed being able to step out on the verandah and enjoy the fresh air.

Easy to find, easy after hours check in, helpful staff. Very well equiped room with everything you need. Quick 5 mins drive into freo or 30 walk. Undercover secure parking included; a big plus ( limited bays)

Nice size unit, newish & clean, easy after hours access, comfy beds, balcony and under building guest parking. Bus service outside 8-9 mins to Fremantle central.

Excellent Location. Comfy beds and linen. Basement parking was a bonus Staff were polite and friendly. Great choice of room type depending on individual need,. Restaurants nearby.

Overall we had a fantastic experience. Friendly, helpful staff. Lovely bright, clean room with modern furniture. Spacious room with a full kitchen & full laundry. Our own personal balcony with nice views & a table & chairs. Comfy clean bed. Good sized bathroom. Didn't realise until we got there that we were staying in the same building with the Sweetwater Rooftop Bar on the top level, such a fabulous place too!

The location is good, place is clean and well equipped. It was the best place that we had stayed since the beginning of our trip. The auto check-in is perfect and parking well arranged. We love the place, highly recommended.
